Service Manager PrettyPrint app now supports Microsoft Office 2010

I just uploaded a new version of PrettyPrint app for Service Manager. In compliance with your wishes the now released version also supports Microsoft Office 2010 besides of Office 2013 πŸ™‚ Check it out and let me know what you think about it.

    Love the product with our SCSM deployment. One question, I’m unable to get Comments or Action Logs to display and neither can I get AssignedUser to display. I’ve gone by the instructions and used the alias on the components to no avail. Can you provide some guidance?

      Thanks for your comment! Sorry for my late reply, I will try to reproduce this in my lab. Are you experiencing these issues for all Work Item classes or just for a specific one? Out of curiosity: Are you using Pretty Print with Incidents, Service Request and/or Change Requests?
